About this role

NAVITECS is expanding its professional team and is seeking motivated Mechanical Engineers and Architects to join our growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern international projects while developing expertise in BIM workflows, digital construction, and advanced 2D/3D modeling.

As part of our team, you will contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of high-quality engineering and architectural models while collaborating with experienced professionals and following international industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work within Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD environments.
Create and develop parametric 2D and 3D models across various engineering disciplines.
Perform modeling, design, and coordination activities within Autodesk Revit.
Analyze and interpret mechanical systems, architectural drawings, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain modeling standards, including naming conventions, parameters, visibility settings, and performance optimization.
Update and improve existing models based on project requirements and feedback.
Participate in the development of internal tools, automation solutions, and quality control processes.
Support project teams throughout different stages of project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AutoCAD.
Experience with Autodesk Revit.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and digital construction processes.
Experience in 2D/3D modeling and technical coordination.
Ability to create, edit, and review models within Autodesk Revit environment.
